Viator provides no services other than a confusing set of emails you have to navigate through in order to exchange their vouchers for actual tickets at the attraction. Viator pressures you into buying by telling you it’s going to sell out, but we were there in peak season and people were just buying tickets at the attractions. At purchase time, I asked the Viator customer service about what time we needed to be there for these attractions and they said anytime…”
