“Rick was an incredible tour guide! He was very personable, organized, patient with all the kiddos in our group (ages 5, 5, 10, 10, and 12), and gave us fun facts about the falls. Going through both the boat tour and the Behind the Falls tour with Rick leading the way was a breeze. I would not have done it any other way. 1000% recommend!”
